What is Technology!?!?

 When first looking at the technology tool and course websites section, it is a little daunting to be honest. Mainly because it's very text and when I think of technology, I think of the inside of a computer or phone. But it also sounds so cool and interesting because I am actually interested on the inside of how computer works. 

I am only familiar with a few of the tools. The only tools I have knowledge of are: Pinterest, Preview and Padlet. The 3 P's! 

I know of Pinterest because when I'm lacking ideas or don't understand what a project is asking of me, like for example:Typography. If you search it on Pinterest it will give you boards with pictures related to that word. 

I used Preview a lot last year a lot especially for image processing. I mainly used it to crop the pictures or flip them before saving them. This was very handy to get a specific scaling size for the images.

Using Preview to Scale an Image

I used Padlet a little bit in first semester. It was a way for lecturers together questions and topics to revise with the class anonymously. This was mainly used in Web Development 1 and Web Development 2.

The environment for this class is different from every other class because it doesn't use module for assignment information. It uses it's own website which is nice because its more organised and simplified. It also wouldn't get jumbled up with other modules.

The technical skills I would like to work on this semester is expanding my knowledge on Preview because I know the bare minimum and I know there is a lot more tools that the application can allow you to do.
